Robert G. Burton is Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of the Burton Management Group, LLC (“BMG”). Through
December 2002, Mr. Burton was the Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited (NYSE, TSX: MCL),
a $2.1 billion printing company. Mr. Burton is known for his
intense focus on customers and increasing shareholder value. In
addition, he is committed to delivering EPS growth, improving
margins and creating operational synergies. During his tenure at
Moore, Mr. Burton generated an annual internal rate of return (“IRR”)
of 517% and a multiple of 5.6x on invested capital. He has never
missed a quarter or annual EPS budget in his entire business
career.
Mr. Burton led Moore through a dramatic turnaround. Costs were
significantly reduced, top tier management talent was recruited,
the company leveraged its size to reduce its purchasing expenses
and revenue was increased through the formation of a corporate
sales team to cross-sell the company’s various print related
products.
Mr. Burton’s prior experience includes leading former Kohlberg
Kravis Roberts & Co.’s portfolio company, World Color Press,
Inc. (“World Color”), where he was Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of the $2.56 billion dollar NYSE listed
company. During his nine-year tenure as the senior executive,
Mr. Burton led the dramatic turnaround of World Color,
culminating in the merger of the company in the fall of 1999
with Quebecor Printing, Inc. creating the world’s largest and
most profitable printing company, Quebecor World, Inc. From 1996
to 1999, World Color generated an IRR of 118% and a multiple of
21.8x on invested capital.
Prior to leading World Color, Mr. Burton held a series of senior
executive positions at Capital Cities/ABC, including President
of ABC Publishing where he was instrumental in turning around
its operations from a loss to a major profit contributor. Mr.
Burton has also held senior executive positions at CBS and IBM.
Mr. Burton received his BS Degree from Murray State University
and his MA Degree from Tennessee Technological University. Mr.
Burton has been awarded honorary doctorates from the University
of Connecticut and Murray State University. |

Company, serving most recently as President of American Express
Relationship Services where he was responsible for five separate
operating units. Prior to American Express, he was Senior Vice
President of Worldwide Quality and Re-engineering for American
Express Travel Related Services corporate. Mr. Christofferson’s
career also includes positions as Bain & Co. and Proctor
& Gamble. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School
and his B.S. from Michigan State University. |

a member of the firm's leveraged buyout group, Merrill Lynch

as Chief Operating Officer of Priceline WebHouse Club. Prior to
joining priceline.com, Mr. Francis was Executive Vice
President-Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer
of Ann Taylor Stores Corporation from 1993-1997. From 1986-1993,
Mr. Francis was a member of Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, the
leveraged buyout group of Merrill Lynch & Co., leaving as a
Managing Director in 1993 to join Ann Taylor. From 1980-1983,
Mr. Francis was an associate with the law firm of Shearman &
Sterling and from 1983-1986, he was an associate with the law
firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Mr. Francis graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in 1977
and from the New York University School of Law with a J.D. in
1980. He serves on the Board of Trustees of New York University
and the New York University School of Law. Mr. Francis serves as
CSG's representative to CSG portfolio companies, Impulse Radio,
ProfitLogic and Saturn. |

Gregory W. Harper is President of My Publisher, a company he was
instrumental in transforming from an offline printer into the
only company providing online custom, high quality, low volume
custom photo book publishing. Mr. Harper is also President of
Cerberus Corp., a firm dedicated to assisting businesses develop
and implement new visual and aural communication technologies.
Through Cerberus Mr. Harper serves as Senior Strategic Advisor
to the Chairman of Trans World Entertainment (TWE), the largest
mall-based retailer of music and video in the United States. For
TWE Mr. Harper has been a key player in the development of
digital media strategy and was instrumental in the development
and deployment of the Listening and Viewing System (LVS) that
allows shoppers in FYE stores to sample both audio and video
content. Mr. Harper is an Executive Partner and CTO of Arena
Capital, specializing in technology and education related
investments. Mr. Harper serves on the board of IEC, the
International Education Corporation, and on the advisory boards
a number of Arena portfolio companies. As designer of software
systems ranging from distance learning systems to digital media
production systems, Mr. Harper has been awarded eight U.S.
patents in the area of interactive digital video, and has four
other patents currently pending. Mr. Harper is a recognized
futurist who is currently focusing on digital imaging, voice
over IP, wireless personal information devices, and rich media.
Mr. Harper continues a long standing relationship with
Microsoft, working closely with them in the area of streaming
media and digital imaging as well as the .NET initiative.
Previously Mr. Harper was co founder of Next Venue, a spin-off
of CNBC Dow Jones Business video, a joint venture of NBC, Dow
Jones and Microsoft where he was Chief Technologist. Mr. Harper
has been a long time advisor to major Wall Street firms in the
area of emerging technologies. Mr. Harper’s prior endeavors
include: President of Technology of ACTV; President and Founder
of Com/Tech Communications Technologies; President of Antiope
and Telematics; Producer of many syndicated TV shows both in the
US and abroad and US representative to various US and
international standards committees. He is a graduate of Amherst
College and lives in New York City with his wife and son. |

Knutson is a founder, Chairman and CEO of Education Management
Corporation ("EDMC"), one of the largest private education
systems in the United States, and a publicly owned company.
EDMC’s education institutions offer doctoral, master’s,

campus locations in 26 major cities in North America, with a
total current enrollment of approximately 42,000 students. EDMC’s academic programs are concentrated in the creative and
applied arts, behavioral sciences, education and business
fields. Mr. Knutson is a graduate of the University of Michigan
(B.A. with honors in Economics, 1956). He became President of
EDMC in 1971, and Chairman, President, and CEO in 1986. He
formerly was a Vice President with J. P. Morgan in New York, and
a Vice President with Drexel Harriman Ripley, New York. He

Pamela H. Patsley is senior executive vice president of First
Data Corporation, and president of First Data International. Ms.
Patsley has executive management responsibility for all global
activities within the card issuing and merchant services
businesses of First Data, outside of the United States of
America.
As a seasoned executive in financial services, Ms. Patsley is
well suited to lead and consolidate First Data’s expansion into
key international markets.
Ms. Patsley was formerly president of First Data Merchant
Services, the merchant transaction processing arm of the
business. In this role Ms. Patsley was instrumental in the
growth of the merchant segment, which now accounts for one third
of FDC’s revenue and $1.4 billion in sales transaction volume
processed each day.
Prior to joining First Data, Ms. Patsley served as president and
chief executive officer of Paymentech and was a founding
director of the company. She guided the effort behind
Paymentech’s initial public offering in March 1996 and led the
company through 15 years of double-digit growth resulting from
new business and strategic acquisitions until the public shares
were purchased by First Data in 1999.
Ms. Patsley began her payment industry career as a founding
officer of First USA, Inc. when it was established in 1985 and
was chief financial officer of the parent company from 1987 to
April 1994. Prior to that she was with KPMG-Peat Marwick for
almost six years
Ms. Patsley also serves on the board of directors of Adolph
Coors Company, Pegasus Solutions, Inc. and Tolleson Wealth
Management, Inc. She serves in a leadership capacity for several
civic and cultural organizations, including the Board of
Governors & Trustees for the Southwest Region Boys and Girls
Clubs of America. Ms. Patsley is also a member of the Young
President’s Organization.
