This is the first fund launched by Arena Capital Partners. Fund I has committed capital of $212.5 million. The Fund focuses on investing in four targeted industries - education and training, information and financial services, consumer goods and services. In addition, we will invest in industries undergoing structural change resulting in consolidation. The Fund invests in both established companies as well as developing businesses through a broad range of structures including leveraged buyouts, structured preferred stock and common equity. Our capital commitments range from $2 -25 million.
